As a self proclaimed subway connoisseur - I can tell you that this is one of the best subways in the world. Dine in or take away, it really doesn’t matter. They never skimp on the sauce like other franchises I have visited. I take this very seriously and commend their fantastic efforts. An upstanding subway ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered a foot long tune mayo sub meal deal and only took a single bite when I found hair in my food. I drove back to the store to complain and get my sandwich remade. The staff was very rude and refused to remake my sandwich or give me a refund, then proceeded to accuse me of planting the hair myself. Both members of staff were not wearing any hairnets. The helpful staff member was named Vicky but the rude employee who delt with we refused to give me his name and refused to give me any avenue to lodge a complaint simply telling me that it was my problem to figure out.

Went in to grab a quick bite for lunch, there was no customers in store. One staff member sat in the dining area talking on his phone. The other in the back of house area on his phone. Waited probably 5 mins and no one even acknowledged I was there so i Left without purchasing anything. This store has possibly the worse customer services I've ever received in a subway, and this isn't the first time ive experienced it. Previously a staff member even followed me back to my work after a terrible experience in store which made me feel really uncomfortable, so I avoid the shop if I see him working.

Awful service, worker was using airpod the whole time i was in there. She was not friendly in any sense . I then asked for my sandwich not toasted but she still toasted it. The lady gave me barely any toppings. This subway is a very bad reflection of a company I usually really enjoy and usually get very good service with.
