S R★★★We went to the cafe for coffee and something to eat. I was disappointed no gluten free offerings. There's a fairly decent selection in the shop which was great. But why cant they serve it in the cafe? I'm between good for the store and dislikes for the cafe.
Joan Carbin★★★Really disappointed with M&S cafe. Packed tight like sardines, hardly any room to move between tables. Definitely needs more staff. Come on M&S you can do better than this!!!!
Rach★★★★★Clean, shelves can be empty and the people filling shelves often block food to shop but overall staff are friendly and food quality is good
Paul Molyneux★Visited cafe . Ordered tuna and sweetcorn jacket potato. Unfortunately they didn't have any tuna. So pleasant lady said o can do you beans with some cheese I agreed. Food came within 2 mins and you couldn't even cut through the spud. Looked at recite and they had charged me more for the beans potatoe and added £1.25 for half a handful of grated cheese. Complained to cashier to only be told that's what they charge for cheese. Deffo wouldn't recommend.
