Visited Starbucks this afternoon with my niece and left feeling disappointed. While ordering, the air conditioning unit suddenly came on and made it impossible to hear. I politely said, “Sorry, what did you say?” as I genuinely couldn’t hear and wanted to ask about white chocolate swaps, and the barista (Tas) simply replied “nevermind.” It felt quite dismissive. We then sat down to enjoy our drinks and were told at 5:30pm that they were closing, despite online hours stating 6pm. The whole experience felt rushed and unwelcoming. I hope management can address this.

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Manvi at Starbucks. She truly went above and beyond to help me find the cups I had been really hoping to get, and I cannot express how much I appreciated her kindness and effort. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me. On top of that, she made one of the best drinks I’ve ever had! It’s rare to come across someone who provides such excellent customer service with a smile. Manvi made my visit memorable, and she is a real credit to the team.
