I would have given this place 0 stars if that were possible. My husband and I visited last week and ordered the Wagyu burger, which was juicy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Because we enjoyed it so much, we returned on Friday night 5th June, 2026 around 10pm specifically to have it again. Unfortunately, this visit was a huge disappointment. Visited two weeks ago and had an amazing, juicy Wagyu burger, so we came back tonight expecting the same. Unfortunately, the patty was dry and the taste was completely different. We even brought our little daughter out at night because we were craving it, which made the disappointment worse. When I shared my feedback, there was little response. We also ordered fries to take away, but they were undercooked and tasted raw in the middle. Sadly, this experience has put me off returning.

As per any other Burger King, food is as expected. Made to order, pretty warm and served as it should be. The restaurant itself is like all the others. It seemed clean enough and has the standard bin setup with recycling. As for the service, it seems that any delivery orders are prioritised over the restaurant customers, which makes waiting for your meal a long time. You have to ask for ketchup sachets instead of being offered them. Remember to log your car registration at the collection point to avoid any fines.

Since the refurbishment, Burger King has improved massively. The restaurant now feels fresh, modern, and welcoming, with brighter décor and a more comfortable layout that makes dining in a much better experience. Staff seem friendlier and more attentive, and service is noticeably quicker, even at busy times. The food also feels fresher and better prepared, with hotter burgers and crispier fries than before.
