The panettone latte is just right for me. Genuine service and attentive to clean the tables. The lady knew I struggled to put on cream and she made it on side for me. The staff were so lovely.

Visited Caffè Nero Wokingham around late afternoon on a very cold afternoon with a large family group, including a baby and elderly members. While trying to sit at the back so as not to block other customers, a staff member remarked about the number of people and told us the area was blocked off for cleaning and closing prep, forcing us to squeeze around two small tables with some of us standing. At the counter, my wife was met with an eye roll when she answered “takeaway” to a standard question. This felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially as it is not the first time we’ve experienced

Good,, NEROS need to bring the price Of there COFFEE Down,, NEROS COFFEE price is around 60p a cup dearer than some other COFFEE SHOPS in Wokingham,, THE PRICE OF COFFEE NEEDS TO COME DOWN,,,A.S.A.P The shop needs more Square Tables,, It is very difficult to read a newspaper on a round table,, Round Tables are NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.
