Napkin Required on Substack★★★★★Isshindo is the real deal. It is tucked away in a nondescript hallway right before you hit the Super 88 entrance, and it is a blink and you miss it kind of spot. It is easily the most authentic ramen I've had. The signature Isshindo ramen with tonkotsu broth is rich, creamy, and exactly what you want when the craving hits. You can tell they have a singular focus here.
