It is easily the most authentic ramen I've had. The signature Isshindo ramen with tonkotsu broth is rich, creamy, and exactly what you want when the craving hits. You can tell they have a singular focus here.

The beef in the rice dish was all fat in it which I didn't care for, but I guess some people like that. I wanted some hot sauce and was charged an extra dollar for that. I thought that was chintzy.
