Our biggest gripe with this location, though? EVERY SINGLE TIME we order in the drive thru, they send customers out of line to wait for their food. "We're waiting on fries." Elizabeth Collins★We didn’t even get to eat there because the lady was so rude that was taking our order she said she was the manager when we asked but she asked us to pull up to the window cause she couldn’t hear us the whole time we were trying to order she was rolling her eyes at us and sighing my fiance then asked for a manager and she said that she was the manager and then was wanting to apologize that she was understaffed couldn’t hear and there was a long line. As a manager that is what you’re paid for to handle the chaos and make it easier for people. We ended up just leaving.

The excuse was waiting on fresh chicken—- it’s rush hour and they do this quite often. Obviously no one is tracking the amount of chicken that is being sold during these peek times. This site used to be my family’s go to after church but we’ve decided to choose somewhere else.
Derek★This location is terrible. Im constantly waiting for long periods of time for orders with just one meal. The quality and service isn't there. Having to wait for 10-15 minutes for some nuggets defeats the purpose of fast food. I hope someone sees this and finds a solution for the horrible service ive been receiving.
