The line is long & they are very very busy! They need management intervention for getting food ordered and OUT! (They are still in the single window system) sometimes I hate stopping because I know it’s going to be long, it almost makes me want to leave & hate the Bojangles experience here! Although my order is almost always correct. I love Bojangles. — just wished they could have food runners like chik fil A. 🫶 #Wrote this in-line 👌

ITS EVERY TIME I COME HERE THEY CANT SEEM TO GET MY ORDER RIGHT! I’m not the type of person to make reviews but if it’s necessary and it will help improve the way yall serve to your customers then I will! But the fact I never got a refund for something I didn’t order is beyond me. Do better!!!

I am glad we stopped here as a family. This location works hard and handled a lunch hour rush fast and efficiently and at the end of it were extremely kind and talked to my family as well, including my young children. Great atmosphere, great service. Extremely appreciative.
