Listen, the food is good. Its Bojangles. Those blueberry biscuits are sooo delicious. And the staff here is friendly and I loved the little celebrations they had up for their staff members that graduated this Spring. Random, but the outdoor landscaping at this location is really nice. Like Southern Homes & Gardens nice.

“I had an amazing experience at the Panola Bojangles! Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the moment I pulled up. The lady outside taking orders was extremely pleasant, the young lady who helped me add my cookies was so patient, and the drive-thru worker had such a positive attitude. Even the manager inside was friendly and professional. There was a small mistake with my order my cheese was forgotten but honestly the customer service completely outweighed it. This place is a very nasty and unorganized restaurant. We had to wait 40 minutes for our food. My basket came with an opened ink pen inside of it and there was an ant on one of the sauces. When brought to the attention of the staff they were very nonchalant about it. Please do not come here!!
