I added the Chantilly cream and blueberries for an extra charge but was worth it. I didn’t even use maple syrup as these are already pretty sweet and delicious the way they are. The classic eggs Benedict was tasty and eggs poached perfectly runny. The Canadian bacon they use is very good. Hollandaise sauce could have used a little more lemon juice, but still good. We stopped in this morning for brunch and had a wonderful meal. We were a party of four and arrived around 9:30 and did not have to wait at all for a table. Inside is quite large they have outdoor and indoor seating available and many different table size options. Our server was polite and everything that we ordered came out very fast. If you want to try something a little different, I definitely recommend the chilaquiles, and mix the red and green sauces!! So good. Service was great, the wait time was reasonable, and getting on the online list before you come makes the whole experience even easier.
