Product is good my biggest complaint is the pickup and delivery. The fees are ridiculous when you order several times a month. Should have a contomer appreciation monthly fee. $4.95 for me to pick it up is ridiculous. I'm on a monthly income and am unable medically to drive so delivery is my best option until you charge $9.95 per delivery. That's my only complaint about Smith's!

A beautiful woman, I wish I could remember her name, helped me pick out a lovely bouquet of flowers in the floral dept.for Mother's Day. She was about my age or younger. Things have been not good lately with my health and she made my day. Thank you, thank you so much for helping me and being sooooo kind God Bless you. Way better place to shop than Walmart. HOWEVER, every grocery bagger doesn't care about your groceries. They will happily put bread on the bottom then can goods on top. They don't care if banks get squished. They don't care at all about doing a good job. The cashier won't even look up so you can tell them you'd rather bag your own groceries because they are forced to scan items as fast as possible. But still better than Walmarts garbage Cedar City store. So oh well.
