My son tragically lost one of his teachers over the weekend, so I went to Dunkin this morning with tears in my eyes trying to do something nice for the school’s staff. Andrea and her team went above and beyond to help fill my order. They were incredibly kind, incredibly fast, and that was the most human and compassionate customer service I have ever received. I visited this location and had a disappointing experience at the drive through. When I asked about a menu item, the employee responded rudely and dismissively when telling me it wasn’t available. Then when I requested a large ice water at the window, I was told ‘we’ll give it to you this time but next time you have to order it.’ As a paying customer making simple requests, the staff was consistently condescending and unwelcoming. Basic customer service goes a long way and unfortunately that was completely absent during my visit today

Shoutout to the female and male worker at the cash register around 8:30am, today. I've yet to have a pleasant experience at DD in any state but these employees, especially the female employee, provided some of the best hospitality I've had at any establishment. Please give them a bonus, raise, any bump - it's not easy to find folks like them! Thank you, again. The recommendations were awesome so I'm glad I forgot my glasses 😂
