This chick-fil-a is amazing ! Especially a specific employee I sadly couldn’t catch her name but she is a beautiful young black lady with a wonderful attitude! She was fast when she took my order I felt so welcome!!! I hope she is still working there! She deserves a raise! But 1 tip! On Fridays and weekends this place is very busy! So order 15-25 minutes before your gonna pick it up or the time that your hungry then it for sure will be a perfect experience for you! I hope this employee gets acknowledged!

My father died last October and when it came time to have the funeral reception I ordered Chick-Fil-A (Southpark). It was a large order for us and we needed it delivered. I went to the Mall Chick-Fil-A because frankly I thought I'd get better service. They were smaller and always less busy than the store in front of Walmart. The day of the funeral and reception they delivered it between 30-40 minutes late. This place is a joke. They serve all doordash orders first. So unless you're doordashing don't bother coming in here. The manager sucks. They don't give a crap about their employees or the people that order food from here. Go to Cane's you'll get better service and better food

A eatery inside the mall, personalize service by calling you out by name, instead of a number. My order was fast. The chicken strips were excellent, hot, tender just right. But the wafer fries need work, I need them hot, since I'm eating on the spot. The lemonade drink was also on point.
