Nicholas Waller★I live nearby and had never tried The Smoking Pig BBQ, so my wife and I decided to give it a chance. Unfortunately, it was a bit underwhelming for us. The meat and hot link were sweeter than expected and lacked the smoky, savory flavor we usually look for in barbecue. The BBQ beans were also on the sweeter side (I was expecting a chili-like taste), and while the cornbread was decent, I have definitely had better. I have had barbecue in Texas, and compared to that, this just did not hit the mark for me. That being said, I am not trying to hate on the restaurant. I understand everyone has diffe

The pork was tender and plentiful on the sandwich. It had a little sauce with it and I did add more of the original sweet sauce from the table. The bun was slightly toasted/warm and over all it was a good sandwich.
