The food was good - service was lacking. Chicken Supremes were fresh, but almost too cooked so they were super hard... 🤦🏼‍♀️ & I'm not sure what had happened with the fryer/fry operators yesterday morning but.... The Bo Rounds.... were heavy with oil. My son also said "This isn't peach cobbler Mama... It's a biscuit with peach juice..... " Not sure if "cobbler" is the word of have went with Bojangles.... Was disappointed in this visit 😞 We usually love when it's Bo'Time..... 🤦🏼‍♀️ * Total side note: this Bojangles, has a robot taking your order so it takes a minute or so longer to plac

I opt in to drive thru. Present by an AI talking and talking my order. Over $10 for the triple biscuit combo then up charge me for the drink?! (I understand taxes can’t dispute that.) I tried the strawberry cobbler. Which is half of the biscuit and drizzle it with massive cream and strawberry sauce. It was terrible. The sandwich was cold. The Bo-Tato Rounds and drink were amazing. Customer service was okay.

Not too much you can do about the atmosphere in fast food place but this crew is surprisingly pleasant. The food was very good and overall it was a good experience. Will definitely return- and I am not fast food person. 👍

Chicken seemed like it could have been cooked more, bo rounds were awesome, lemonade was so good. And biscuits were amazing. People were rude in there though, and ignored me multiple times and others.
