Me an my friend walked in had no idea what to order refresher wise. Unsure Naiya was an amazing worker going above and beyond. She assisted me and my friend on our decisions with what to order. Providing samples and helping us work with the $3 deal going on in the app. Making separate orders and not making us feel like we are being difficult. Overall, had a wonderful experience provided and would recommend to others.

Very disappointing experience. The employee was busy talking to his coworker and completely ignored us. We ordered two drinks, took them, and he didn’t even greet us or say a single word. Basic customer service, like acknowledging customers and being polite, should be expected. Never coming back

I would recommend you avoid this Dunkin altogether. Store looks great inside but I wish that energy was put towards better service and good quality coffee and food. I order the same Iced coffee I've been ordering from dunkin for years and this Dunkin consistently gets it wrong. I can go to any other dunkin in the area and it tastes the same but when I order from here is like they didn't even pay attention to the ticket.
