The food and drinks are made great and the cook seemed to be doing a lot of running compared to anyone else while inside the store a lot of the girls up front were standing around talking and looking at their phones, even when there are customers. They are very loud and it makes any atmosphere non-existent. There is no way anyone could do any sort of work in the lobby if they wanted to.

Always a cheery greeting when I order and then pickup. My little grandchildren love the ham and cheese croissant, cried when it left menu and we had a party when it returned. Great selection of donuts and great coffee, many choices, with reasonable prices. We start our day with Dunkin!

I usually love this Dunkin, but the mobile orders are getting bad. My bagel was very poorly made and I got 4 small hashbrowns. Not sure what’s going on there

I placed a mobile order and came to pick it up. When I got there, I was handed only part of my kids order (two egg wraps) and was not handed the two donuts and my drink. I asked politely for my drink and two donuts that I paid for. Then the employee with dark hair and glasses first off had the worst attitude I have ever seen (I also have worked in food service in the past and currently work with the public as well!) AND she accused me of not ordering the additional items they literally forgot. I was asked to provide my mobile order receipt, which I obviously did. The employee with the red hair
