Estefanía Gabriela★I ordered with my husband a latte, a donut, and a black coffee. Unfortunately, the latte was disgusting. I ordered it hot and it was almost cold, the cup felt warm, but when I drank it, it was lukewarm, almost cold. I wanted it hot because I was feeling cold. They made it twice and it still wasn’t hot. I wasted time and had to request a refund. Very bad experience. I recommend training your employees better, or not hiring people so young who seem to have their minds on TikTok instead of doing their job properly.
Eva★★Great food and coffee but unfortunately I feel like after the remodel that the service has slowed down extremely. I have waited for my 1 coffee for over 15 minutes. Definitely was much faster before which is weird not sure how a remodel would slow service down.

I’m not a big DD person but I figured I’d order through my phone to save time - I ordered 12 donuts (4 different flavors) and 2 drinks. I checked in at 10:21am while on the exit ramp of I-480. Pulled into their lot at 10:23am, by 10:33 I was 1 car past the speaker and at 10:38 I was still 1 car from the window. Desiree Bonet★★★★★This is my favorite Dunkin around here. We have two in North Olmsted, but I go out of my way to go to this location. The workers are SO kind! There have been numerous instances where their kindness has really been the highlight of my day. Hayden and the rest of the team are always nice, smiling and go out of their way to make my experience pleasant. This is also the most consistent location when it comes to drink quality.
