This location was very clean and welcoming, which set the tone right away. The food was great overall. My son and I both ordered The Democrat. The barbacoa was very greasy and definitely had a spicy kick, so if you like bold flavors, it delivers. The drink was also solid and refreshing. What really stood out was the customer service. My son placed his own order, and the cashier, Scott, was excellent with him. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely engaging, which made the experience even better for us. Each time I come here, I feel welcomed. The food is always great, the food comes to my table correct and on time, and the atmosphere always lifts my spirits. This is one of the few places where I have actually seen management clearing and cleaning tables in the midst of doing their managerial duties. They apparently lead by example, because the restaurant runs like a well – oiled machine. I hope they never change what they are doing, because what they are doing works, and I can’t say that for many places today.

I ordered the food online. It arrived on time and still hot, which I was really happy about. I also really liked the airstream salad with shrimp . Everything in it was fresh. The nuts were really good, and the sauces tasted great too. The shrimp was cooked nicely as well. I didn’t like the churros, though. I prefer churros to be crispy and crunchy. Mine arrived kind of soft and doughy, so I didn’t enjoy them. Thank you.

This Torchys location is spacious with hip, modern interior as well as patio seating. Queso/chips and tacos were delicious as usual. However, a few items on the menu were missing like quesadillas and churros. I couldn't avail the free churros promo in my account due to its unavailability. Service is quick and staff are friendly.
