Always fast and friendly service. The "seasoned" fries always seem like they are a few hours old and seldom have any seasoning. Now they refuse to give extra seasoning. The chicken is normally really good.

I’ve given this a lot of thought, and all I can think about is the worthless employees back there laughing up a storm when they fill a large fry 40%, but give enough sporks to cater a football team. That’s just the start too, waited in the restaurant for an hour for a mobile order even though there was like 3 people in the restaurant. Unsurprisingly the order was completely wrong too. Employees are not smart, rude, and worthless. Not sure how Bojangles stays in business and why I keep giving them my money. I think I’ve finally learned my lesson. The best part of my experience was the happy and helpful disposition of a worker named Tradyn. He took my order, delivered it with a smile and even stopped to help 2 elderly ladies in by opening a heavy door. If I owned a business I’d want to hire 10 people just like him.

If I could give zero stars for service, I would. Every time I visit this location, I’m greeted by the same employee and consistently receive poor customer service. As someone who works in customer service myself, I’m honestly surprised this behavior continues to be acceptable. Simple requests like asking for a straw or condiments always seem to be treated like a major inconvenience, even though it’s a basic part of the job.
