Carolyn Froun★At the Herlong location I was treated rudely at the drive thru the last several times. I will be glad when your competition opens next door. After I placed my order the attendant said something I couldn't understand because she wasn't speaking clearly so I advanced to the window. There she informed me she wasn't through talking to me!! She took my payment and returned my card. Another person appeared asking for payment. When I questioned this she said it probably didn't swipe??? I gave her my card again. No greeting, no welcome—just pure attitude served fresh. I start ordering, and halfway through, they cut me off like I was giving a speech that had gone on too long. Every item I said felt like I was a
Eddie Carswell★Went through drive through and ordered a chicken biscuit, pinto’s and a tea. There wasn’t a straw or fork or spoon in my bag. The biscuit tasted like dried rubber and I threw it in the trash. Biscuitville can’t get here soon enough !!!
