One of the worst experiences I’ve had at whataburger. Mohammed, the manager, is pretty useless in helping his customers. I had a coupon that expired today, I tried scanning in store and was told their system is down. I said no problem, let me use the offer online that way the order can be in the system. I get to the checkout screen and the app didn’t want to proceed, I sat and waited for 10 minutes. This is our pickup spot for the burger cravings that get us all. The people who work at this location are absolutely on it. We order curbside often and our orders are customs; just like we like it, and honestly this is the most consistent location I've lived near. They can get super busy and or they cant see a person parked in curbside and it gets slow but they're very nice and very apologetic. Ive had a pick up, because of the wait,they've remade my meal because it got cold. Its a lot of young people working when I go and they are HUSTLING. Food hits the spot like always.

This location is the absolute worst. Haven’t been in years since they messed up every meal in my order. Decided to try it again today and ordered a bacon cheese burger with extra cheese. Can you guess what? No extra cheese and no bacon which is kind of a big part of a bacon cheese burger. It was also on like a wheat bun for some reason which was disgusting. My son ate his burger but overall feel like I wasted $20. Useless to file through the app where you order like they tell you to do cause nothing ever gets done as I learned from last time with no refund or anything for incorrect order.
