I stopped by this Dunkin today around 12:30 pm and was welcomed by friendly staff! Everyone was super nice, especially the new girl who I think introduced herself as Kayla! Sadly, they were out of my go-to French vanilla for my latte, but Kayla offered some awesome suggestions and even let me sample it before I left with my drink. I really appreciate a company that values its customers!

I went into this dunkin this morning around 930am. Went into the restaurant as I wanted to sit and enjoy some food and coffee while I get some work done. Well that was a mistake. I sat at the counter for 10 mins without being acknowledged! No Hi, No we will be right there, NOTHING! Then when they finally came because I asked if there was anyone working the counter the poor drive thru lady (who was literally doing everything) called out for someone to come help me. I was so frustrated when she came i told her I was there for a while waiting and the young lady literally just said 'what can i get

Yasmin, during my visit to Dunkin Donuts, provided exceptional service and demonstrated remarkable professionalism. As I was leaving, I noticed her diligently cleaning the parking lot and removing debris from the grassy areas surrounding the building. We regularly get drinks and always order light ice. We are older, so don't tolerate cold drinks now as easily as we did when younger. The amount of, (light ice) we get varies at each store. At a location in FL, a store on Indian reservation property, the worker filled the cup about 75%. This she said was because we ordered light ice.
