Natasha Loaiza (Princess)★★★★★1st Time trying this location, vacation from Massachusetts. I was looking forward to Pollo Tipico as a Girl who grew up eating it in Puerto Rico my excitement was over the roof, of course was unsure if the taste would still be the same as its been many years sinve i've had it. Went in and staff was polite. I Looked at menu and Ordered Tropical Trio that brings rice and beans steak.chicken and pork and amarillos. It tasted soo good we also got the plantains balls with cheese. These where good I will say they probably would of been better if they had been heated longer and the cheese melted insi
Yve★★Sad... just sad, so the other day my family and I ordered some dinner from pollo tropical ( I had high hopes because the online pictures looked good) BUT bad decision!!! SO I ordered the TROPICAL TRIO! And did not receive 3 meats I got one DRY chicken breast and MAYBE 4 TINY slices of steak and no chimichurri sauce and I was missing the pulled pork , NOTHING had flavor everything was so dry and bland the beans no flavor no love, what a waste of money and I also ordered a tres leche cake and for the price the size is not equivalent. I will post a picture of the mess I was sent. Won’t ever order
Gerard★★★Visited Pollo Tropical recently and tried the Mojo Roast Pork. The food was just okay, about a 3-star experience. The presentation was really disappointing – the dish was served on a cheap, flimsy plastic plate, not at all like the one shown in the menu on the wall. I also asked for the black beans and yellow rice, but the black beans were just black water, and the pork was simply the pork – no real flavor or garnish to elevate the dish. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience. I hope they can work on improving both the quality and presentation, but unfortunately, I can’t say I’ll be rushing ba
Tuta Veloso “Tuta” - S V França★Im still sited at the pollo tropical. I ordered a large churrasco all the way. And the cashier charge me the regular size. I offer to pay the difference. And she said is Ok. Also asked for a beans on the side and she hesitated a little bit. However when my order came . The rice was hard to eat. Those hard and almost burnt. I didn’t complain. The guy next to me me also complained about the chicken soup. And he show me. NO EVEN 1 Little bit of chicken. I have being a costumer for more than 20 since I used to live in Miami. But this location in particular is the WORSE Pollo Tropical I ever been
