We stopped by around 5:40 PM and immediately ran into issues. The restaurant was out of Chow Mein for the rest of the night, which was disappointing since we brought our kids specifically because they enjoy the noodles. We almost left, but with no backup plan, we got back in line. When it came time to order, we were then told they were also out of rice and that it would be about a 10 minute wait. We reluctantly agreed, paid, and went to find a table. Unfortunately, every table was dirty. We chose the least dirty one and wiped it down ourselves with napkins. Looking around further, the floors

We are really getting tired of this Yukon location being out of food, and it's still four hours from closing! This happens way too often and we're sick of it! Tonight, they were out of three items. They also need to work on the cleanliness of the restaurant, it's always dirty, the tables, the floor, even the chairs are dirty.

The amount of the food they put in kids meals ridiculous. If an entrée is an up charge… I feel like I should get more than 4 pieces. This happens every time I get a kids meal. They also got my husband entree wrong. Everyone has bad days but this is pretty consistent.

This location either needs to just send the current staff packing and start fresh, or I dunno, get a new better manager that'll hire better employees? I get it, it's teenagers, and let's be honest, today's teenagers are by far the worst. No work ethic, no respect, no nothing, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do and work with what ya gotta work with. There is always a line! Why is there always a line? How can this place always be backed up to the point there's a line when they're always out of food? It's a paradox!
