Creative pairing (like iberian pork and ajoblanco sorbet) and use of modern cooking technics to elevate(not steal the show) the ingredients. High level on presentation. Worth a mention: Emulsified juicy, prawn & spinach, oxtail. Can recommend, even thou most of the dishes where not that memorable in taste. Good price for the experience.
