The tasting menu was amazing. The food was wel prepared and the local ingredients where amazing. What I also loved was the sublte candle for my girl friend her birthday. Nothing too flashy, perfect for a celeberation. for sure going to eat here again when i'm in the area. the wine pairing was so fun too! Lot's of wine I normally wouldn't order but matches so well with the food

Interesting tasting menu where regional and short travelled ingredients are the star of the journey. Creative pairing (like iberian pork and ajoblanco sorbet) and use of modern cooking technics to elevate(not steal the show) the ingredients. High level on presentation. Worth a mention: Emulsified juicy, prawn & spinach, oxtail. Can recommend, even thou most of the dishes where not that memorable in taste. Good price for the experience.
