All of the baristas was so polite and lovely. I came in to grab a hot chocolate and revise for an exam the next day and they made me feel so welcome. One of them made ‘small talk’ and was so polite and seemed to love his job. These people working in customer service make everyone’s day just a bit better. They make the world a better place by just being themself.

Costa Coffee Upper Level - Staff friendly, lovely coffee & muffin....unfortunately spoilt by a gathering of people who bought nothing, hogged the tables and started to openly preach to anyone who was listening! Never seen this before! After moving tables, the staff where very apologetic but this is not a place to almost shout and peddle your religious views. There is a time and place for that and a relaxing coffee shop is NOT one of them! Come on Costa, give the staff the power to move these people out of the shop.

Myself and my family went in yesterday for a hot drink. There was a particular young man who was wonderful i did not catch his name. My daughter said to myself her ice coffe was a bit to strong, my husband tried it and said it just hasent got enough serup in it. Dident think any more about it and carried on and enjoyed our drinks when this young man come over with a new drink for her. I was so shocked thank you so much to this kind person she then went on and enjoyed her ice coffe too. Overhurd our conversation and went above and beyond thank you so much ☺️

Had a fantastic experience last night whilst I was working across in the superbowl I went in for a terrys hot chocolate and I had one at the middle of my shift there was only 2 ladies working when really there should be 4 people especially at peak times people coming over from the Super Bowl etc the 2 ladies done a fantastic job it’s just a shame few people was being negitive about delays etc. 2 people can only work as fast as possible. We had to have plastic cups rather then the normal cups because they was so overrun and hadn’t had time to stick the dishwasher on. This is a store which ne
