I would like to complain about two of your staff members Maddy (I believe) and Sarah. This is the second time Maddy serves me and each time I go there I get no please no thank you even though I was nothing but nice to her and it’s also the second time I get served after people that were behind me and I’m kept waiting. Maddy made ice drinks for two people behind me leaving me waiting for Sarah to make my black Forrest hot chocolate. She gave it to me plain (see pic) when I went back to say the black Forrest hot chocolate is supposed to have the red sauce she brought it and did a small line like

Went late Dec 2025, ordered 2 seasonal special Hot chocolates which cost more than normal hot chocolates. Was told no cream so would reduce price, no reduction in price and informed the cream is free anyway. Got drinks, no cream, no syrup and no sprinkles, basically a normal hot chocolate but for more money. Raised concern with C/Services who sorted and gave me a free drink. However, this happens loads when they have seasonal specials, they either don't have the ingredients or substitute for something else which is not what paid for. Still enjoy a Costa, but going to avoid seasonal drinks
