Best Costa in Bolton. Great parking, brilliant service and lovely coffee. Could use more seating as usually busy although if sunny day it's nice to have coffee sitting outside. Good staff who take care of customers and have a chat while waiting for the drinks to be made or when clearing the tables.

Terrible Service Experience - Rude Staff and Unhygienic Environment I visited Coastal today and had a horrible experience, primarily due to a staff member named Adam. From the moment I interacted with him, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. I felt like I was being treated as if I didn’t belong there, all because I ordered a simple small tea and inquired about some desserts. Instead of answering my question politely, he rudely pulled out a cake, handed it to me without asking if I wanted it, and charged me for it without any clarification. Worst mango bubble tea i have ever drink ☹️ Hot water with few ice cubes and mango syrup. Couldn’t even finish it Salted caramel frappe 🧐 skimmed milk and cream Staff maybe new and need more training
