Mine and my daughter's first time at this McDonald's, absolutely astonished at the level of customer service. World class. My local could learn a thing or two. Both my daughter and I thought the burgers we had were the juiciest we've ever had. Amazingly friendly atmosphere. The team looked like a family who actually enjoy their job which is a rarity. Marvelous well done all !!!

Decided to use drive through for an early breakfast order ready for a day out. Unfortunately when we arrived despite ordering through the app nobody came to the speaker to confirm our order. We decided to drive round to the window but yet again nobody came to the window despite us beeping the horn. When the manager saw us sat by the window he just looked at us then looked at his colleague as if to say "what are they doing in the drive through" When someone eventually came to the window there was no apology for the wait. For so called fast food the service was shocking. Some much needed staff

There's just too many problems to address here. One of the main problems being that they always get orders wrong. Update : I just waited 10minutes at the window and the staff couldn't even make the burger with care. The fries were cold too.

Me and my friends went here after the fair the security guard told us 3 at a time then when one came out I asked to go in and they kept saying no then when I was allowed in apparently now it’s 1 at a time so I got kicked out for the 2nd time and when I was finaly aloud in he rushed me and had his finger in my face and I ended up wording the wrong thing then when I got my food I asked my friend wha she was ordering and she didn’t even have time to answer before maccies gang came and forced me out AGAIN and then my friends card wasn’t working so I tried to help her and they locked the door on me
