I visited this Costa Coffee and was told by a staff member that I could not sit inside unless I purchased a coffee. The behavior was shockingly rude and completely unwelcoming. A brand of this size should know basic customer service, yet this experience proves otherwise. Greek Coffee, by contrast, offers better service, higher quality food and drinks, and at significantly lower prices—clearly showing how far Costa has fallen in comparison. Costa Coffee’s management urgently needs to address both service standards and brand reputation.

My son and I bought an ice-cream from the van which is situated not too far from Costa, I decided to grab a drink for myself and my son, however, I was not aloud to sit inside because we had the ice-cream. To be honest the person wasn't rude but the manager who was behind the guy serving was very rude and if it wasn't fact I had paid ready I would have walked out. I won't be going there again.

Love it here! The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. It's very clean and the tables are always clear so you don't have to move trays around before you even sit down. Recently, I took one sip of my favourite drink and realised I had gone off it completely and was fully prepared to buy a different drink; I had my card in my hand but they wouldn't let me pay, even though they did nothing wrong! I had only been here a few times when they did this so it's not like I was a regular. getting special treatment. Honestly, It's a great place!
