McDonalds located next to the Train station in Feltham, my top location where to get cheap coffee before train. After the refurbishment in October, everything went really bad, service is slow, not much space inside, and very dirty on the order desk, and near rubbish stand. Don't understand the concepts of doing delivery first, and to let rest of the customers with kids to wait??

Every time I order online something missing. It's horrible setting at my table and see my family eating and I'm looking at them. Then I have to order again and pay tax and delivery that ir costs near £20 for 1 menu. Shame on you guys. Everytime when I order

It was an alright visit to McDonald's Feltham High Street. The dining room was crowded, with tables needing used food trays removed. The hand dryer was broken in the Gentlemens loo. The food was good and delivered to my table. Kiosk ordering was easy, too. The dining room had a security person and a manager hanging around at 7 pm. It was somewhat uncomfortable. I'd probably visit this McDonald's again.

Waited nealry 20 mins for simple large big Mac meal, restaurant was quiet but staff seemed more focused on Uber orders, only got my food after asking staff where my order was, missed my original bus, now on a bus home and realised they have given me someone else's order as burger has bacon where I asked for no pickle. Not first time that this particular branch has just been generally poor on service overall.
