I visited Costa St Annes this morning. The service received from the members of staff working at 9.15am was shocking. The member of staff with red/purple hair genuinely makes me not want to revisit this branch. I asked her a simple question about my drink as I had requested only two pumps of syrup. Having watched her put five pumps in, I asked if it was the soya coffee, she rolled her eyes, said nothing and poured the excess syrup away. I asked if there was a problem, again I was ignored. I was embarrassed at how poor this service was. Additional training required though attitude is not normal

Love this place. Loads of spacious seating inside, dog friendly. Some outdoor seating. Staff are friendly and good n drink is delicious.

A nice little coffee shop in the centre of lytham. Parking free outside for upto one hour. Service was with done with a smile. Hot chocolate was beautiful with cream and marshmallow. There are plenty of seats inside and a couple of seats outside if weather permits. Prices are usual for Costa coffee shops.

This is a great place to visit with plenty of seating, inside and out. Family friendly place. Just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Close to the town centre.
