First time going to the cinema in over 10 years and I'm now hooked. I cannot wait to go back. OMG the size of the large popcorn was enormous. The sharer combo for £17.99 was the perfect selection for us and Jesus christ the size of the drinks and the selection of drinks was just crazy. 100% spoilt for choice Seats were comfortable, my friend treated me to recliner seats - perfect if you fidget Staff were really friendly and accommodating Only downside is if you have your hands full there should be buttons to open the doors to the theatre

I’ve been disappointed by my recent experiences at the Newbies screenings at ODEON Maidstone. I’ve attended newbies here twice with my baby, specifically because these screenings are advertised as a safe and comfortable environment for parents/carers with children under two. The entire purpose of these showings is to allow the parents to relax without worrying about breastfeeding, their babies crying, brighter lighting, or lower sound levels. Terrible customer service, honestly the worst staff i’ve interacted with. Sitting around in groups talking and laughing while me and others are waiting to be served at the counter, then walking past us just to go get themselves some popcorn to snack on?? The next day i went there as it explained on tickets there was certain merchandise able to be obtained within each ticket on the website, labelled with a free gift/present icon, marking it being a inclusional item with a ticket within a certain date.
