This is the 24hr hospital-based Costa so always here when needed, just with more people in dressing gowns and hospital wheelchairs than you'd see elsewhere... even at the Costa in the main RVI atrium it feels more public than here. Otherwise, it's a standard Costa with super friendly capable staff.

Appallingly slow staff as ever. The money which Costa spent on a "refurb" would have been better spent on staff training, improving accuracy and people skills! When a customer requires no milk in their americano is it too much to ask that the cup be filled? When I asked for a top up (which is only hot water, after all, you would think that I'd asked my server to donate a kidney to me! Not impressed.
