Might be a good idea to have an employee who can speak and understand English. Not too much to ask is it? After giving up hope via the intercom an attempt was made face to face at the payment window. Not sure how difficult the word coffee is to comprehend, but it was a challenge I lost and gave up on.

Was just few minutes ago at this Mac got 2×Big Mac Meals that's should include a card meal. Didn't get any and the lady at the drive through said that I have to pay for the cards meal separately. Bad experience.
