I have nothing but positive things to say about this coffee shop. Firstly all staff deserve so much credit for what they do, all of you are incredible. I have to totally disagree with some of the recent reviews, two of which are very personal and are totally unnecessary and finger pointing towards a certain individual. Think before posting as you dont know the effect this can have on someone. The coffee and food has always been of very high standard every time I've visited 🙏 Keep up all of the good work you're doing Coffee#1 team, all of you are legends 👌

I've been to Coffee #1 a few times before (Alresford) and it's been great. Nice staff, good coffee and cakes etc. This visit was far from great. As we stood at the counter I asked the girl behind the counter if the cups infront of me were the clean ones as they looked dirty, to which she replied "Don't worry they're just coffee stains, they're not dirty, I can assure you", as I wiped it away with my finger. We got our drinks and went to our table. Warm at best. Teaspoon dirty - I went to ask for a clean one from the guy washing up at the counter, who said "Sorry, you'll need to ask one of thos

The stuff are very rude and measurable, we met some clients outside left because the service was terrible didn’t believe then went inside with some friends the girl with purple hair was so rude and unprofessional just cost the business 7 clients that could be regulars, shame to see heartless still like her damaging other people businesses. Never coming back.
