I had an incredible experience here today. I have a neurological condition that causes dizziness and imbalance in my legs. I could feel an attack coming on which made me start to panic a lot. I called over to one of the baristas- Karina- and she was SO helpful and kind to me. She brought me lots of water and tissue because I started crying.
