Went in for the first time and bought a hot chocolate and slice of caramel coffee cake, I really liked the selection of pastries and cakes they had available, almost hard to pick! Their hot chocolate is also quite yummy and you can get whipped cream and marshmallows on top! Service was pretty fast, maybe just cause I only really got one food and drink in the morning, when I came in it wasn't that busy either but when I left around 12, I noted that it did seem to have picked up since there was a queue in-front of the till, although that seems normal for most cafes anyways. Came here for a coffee break while nearby. Seemed like a nice place on the high street. Staff quite friendly and good service. I just had a cappuccino and a flapjack. The flapjack was OK but not much different from a packet one which was a shame. Coffee I was offered option of strong blend which I chose. Still the coffee was very weak and not that good. I was here mid afternoon and place was also not as clean as it could be especially as it wasn't overly busy at this time. Could still be worth a visit but unless the coffee gets better I'll look again.

Coffee fine, customer service appalling. Abrupt and dismissive. I got told off by the one making the coffee for ordering a black coffee, when I had clearly asked for separate milk. I would suggest you check your facts before making a customer feel small, maybe try communicating more effectively with your colleagues.
