Pretty average fast food experience. The 24-hour availability is the biggest plus. Food is decent, location is okay, but nothing really stands out to make it a 4 or 5-star spot. Good for convenience!

I've given this Jack three visits before I gave this review. Took 15 minutes in the drive through with two cars. The cashier messed up my order like usual and gave me the wrong receipt. What has me fuming is I parked and went into the store as I needed the receipt to show my boss. She ignored me for 15 minutes and a customer in front of me told her that I need a receipt. She told me I had to wait and ignored me another 15 minutes until I was asking for the manager. She was totally rude and unapologetic and completely unprofessional. As I was waiting for my food I happen to notice the person making some tacos was loading the tacos with their bare hands grabbing the lettuce and such with their bare fingers and loading them into tacos!! I know people can watch their hands and what not but this was also the person that handled my money transaction minutes before I saw her loading the tacos so yeah yuck never coming back to this one!! Just wanna say the man covered in tattoos is killing it. Always rushing and always friendly even when I order 6 tacos at midnight. Plus this Jack is better than the others in the area lol.
