It was good, hit the spot. We needed some sustenance to get through the rest of our errands so my friend got a burger and fried pickles. Both were okay but not the best they’ve ever had. There’s ample seating and single stall bathrooms. Great options for customization. Not many options for gluten free girlies :/. I didn’t end up getting anything but I enjoyed sitting there. Burger not pictured because it was gone by the time I remembered to take a pic.

Saw about 10 ads on social media to try their Cheeeesy burger before we caved and pulled up. First visit here: bad first impression, to put it kindly. The guy filling in for a lack of front-of-house was nice enough. The girls on the line could use a crash course in customer service; they were snippy, snarky, and overall just had a bad attitude — unfortunate, since their food is good. May have to give their Bel Air location a try instead. Overall: ★★★☆☆

We’ve been here multiple times, and I’ll start by saying the food is consistently great—no complaints there at all. That’s honestly the reason we keep coming back. Unfortunately, the customer service is a completely different story. Every time we visit, the staff is loudly talking about other people, and it’s very easy for customers to hear. If you want to have those conversations, that’s your business—but it really should be kept in the back, not out in the open where guests are trying to order/enjoy their meals. I had to post a review about the great service here on March 6, 2026. The staff was very friendly, made eye contact, and actually had a back-and-forth interaction with us. I got the sense that they actually cared about their jobs. There was none of the uninterested attitude you get at most retail and restaurants. The wait for the food was a little longer than I expected for fast-casual, but no longer than a table-service restaurant.
