the simplest order ever and the workers can’t even read & put the correct sauce(s) or creamer in there(didn’t even have it in my bag) the hashbrowns ? were oh so disgusting.. do better

Today was bad. I grabbed lunch for 3. Got home and my $10 salad had no dressing of any kind, much less what I had asked for. One of the kids meals was missing entirely. So, 10 miles back to town. I asked for a manager. I was denied. The man asked what was the problem. I explained. There was zero "I'm sorry you had to drive all the way back", nothing that would imply empathy. He just turned to get the missing items. It irritated me a little because traffic getting back had been painful. I don't normally ask any remedy for mistakes like that, but the lack of empathy hardened my heart a little.
