This place has amazing, healthy and delicious options. The staff is knowledgeable about the ingredients. If you describe what type of healthy food you're looking for, they are quick to suggest the appropriate meals and options. They make adjustments according to your liking The quantity is excellent And you can even pay with your phone with Apple or Google pay They exceeded my expectations in every way (I ordered way more than I could eat so I brought it home and that's why my meal is over $40, but most of it is around $12 a dish)

First visit to Smyrna,TN location. We were not disappointed. The food portions are plentiful and delicious. Prices are reasonable. The breakfast potatoes were too salty (taste before adding salt) Come hungry, and you will leave happy!! Oh this seasonal menu is nice!!! I hope your experience is as good as mine.

First Watch is always a popular brunch spot, and my recent visit was a mix of hits and misses. I started with the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, but they just weren't for me. The texture was dense, dry, and crumbly—more like cornbread than the soft, fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth pancakes I was expecting. They lacked the moist, buttery richness I personally look for in a great pancake. To be fair, that may be their intended style, but it wasn't what I had hoped for. The staff was accommodating, and I exchanged the pancakes for scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and seasoned potatoes. That plate was much mor
