Indian pady around 230 pm was very rude and not polite came for the refresher and she insisted on getting the app and all kinds of other stuff. Very rude rather go to starbucks then deal with this place.

Everytime we come here and try to give them some credit, something else happens. Can barely understand them and them understand us. Always messes up the order, I'm guessing because translation just didn't get through. Then they become very rude when we tell them that is not what we ordered. Done giving them chances.

Horrible service. Don’t go here. This store had a power outage the day of my ice cream cake pick up. There were no signs on the door, letting customers know that they were closed. we banged on the door, drove through the drive-thru and no one answered. The next day we went to the store to request a refund because it was past our occasion. They denied our refund. And stated that somebody was there even with a power outage. on top of that, they stated that our pick up time wasn’t until 6:25 pm, and then proceeded to state that they didn’t open back up until 6:40 pm. Stay far away.
