My cupholder was filled with coffee. Noticed the cup leaked from the bottom. I have tried to call them all morning. This place does not answer the phone at all. Always a bad experience when I come to this DD

I live nearby and have been going to this location for years now for convenience ONLY. There is a worker who is female. Older. White hair. I'm telling you, whenever I see her there at this point I just drive away. Its not worth the trouble. Everyone else who works there who I've encountered is completely fine. But that lady has ruined this location for me.

Asked for a mango refresher got the drink 90% ice I payed $5 for a drink not ice (I also asked for light ice).Completely forgot my cream cheese I get your in a rush but can you at-least get an order right get more employees 2 people can’t do everything. And maybe actually act like you care about your job.

Went at 11:30am for donuts. No chocolate frosted. No chocolate glazed. No chocolate with sprinkles. All out. Couldn’t get any staff attention to order anyway, so after a few minutes I left empty handed. Also, their chocolate frosted donuts taste great (when they aren’t out), as they are made in store, but they don’t dip the chocolate enough so there isn’t the right amount to match the donut. Lots of potential but definitely a flop today. :(
