The food was generally good. The espresso martini was on the bitter side, not overly sweet. The BBQ Brussels were delicious, with the crunchy onions on top being the perfect addition. The poblano risotto was also good, with the potato and spinach fritter on top being a nice touch. However, I wish the risotto had a bit more flavor. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My waitress, Larissa, was particularly knowledgeable about the menu. I would recommend this place.

We had a great experience at Four Brothers on our trip to San Antonio. Our server Brielle was extremely knowledgeable and made really good recommendations and the manager Josh came by and spoke to us and wished us a happy anniversary as well and was very attentive. The food was great we got the Texas shaped jalapeño cornbread, Filet, Samoa cake which was inspired by the Girl Scout cookie and was delicious, and the aged burger and the servers recommendation of drinks. Thank you for the experience!

My family and I ate here for dinner on a Friday night. We were happy to be able to get in around 8 o’clock with a reservation made approximately an hour and a half before. We ordered the Brussels sprouts, Jalapeño, cornbread and chili as an appetizer. The brussels sprouts were absolutely delicious! They had the right amount of sweetness, along with a savory flavor. The jalapeño cornbread was served in a massive Texas cast-iron dish. They also gave us honey, butter, and pimento cheese to go with the cornbread. I am writing to formally log a serious complaint regarding the standard of service my family and I received at your establishment. Having frequented approximately five Omni Hotels across the country, I hold your brand to a high standard. Unfortunately, our recent experience was entirely unacceptable for a fine dining establishment.I visited your restaurant with my wife and my three nephews, who were dining with you for the first time. Our evening began with a lengthy delay before our server finally approached the table. The situation deteriorated significantly when we ordered the Chef’s Plate.
