We've been having lots of meat and haven't had much seafood the past few days. There's something special about finding a place where the food feels both comforting and beautifully crafted, and Nagano delivered that in every dish. The Unadon was quite unforgettable -- tender, smokey, and deeply flavorful, this bowl was tied for the standout dish of the evening!
