We've been having lots of meat and haven't had much seafood the past few days. There's something special about finding a place where the food feels both comforting and beautifully crafted, and Nagano delivered that in every dish. The Unadon was quite unforgettable -- tender, smokey, and deeply flavorful, this bowl was tied for the standout dish of the evening! The avocado, tamago, crispy nori with that special soy-bourbon foam was to die for, I wanted more of that sauce! The serving

If you had enough of schnitzels and want good shusi or other Japanese food, I really recommend Nagano.

If you’re looking for a cozy spot in Salzburg with great Japanese food, I would definitely recommend Nagano. We will happily come back on our next visit!
